Last night i dail *141*1# to my surprise i saw android subscription plan.

2GB = #2000
3GB(night plan) = #2500
4.5GB  =#3500

question  now is that could it be true that NCC is finally working?
Does it consume twice the amount  of data like BIS unlimited plan(2GB =1GB)?
